We call on Aramark to reduce the carbon impacts of your menus. That means increasing the amount of plant-based foods and reducing the amount of animal products that are responsible for millions of tons of greenhouse gas emissions in America each year.
Climate change is accelerating at an alarming rate – and we need to do everything we can to stop it. We cannot afford to wait any longer.
