Congressman Lynch, thank you for taking climate change seriously. We appreciate that you recognize climate change as a threat to America, and commend your support for 97% of climate legislation last year, but we can’t keep fight this fire with a water gun.

Scientists are telling us that to stop complete catastrophe, we need America to have net-zero emissions by 2030, and your constituents know it. According to a recent Pew poll, 89% of Democrats want the federal government to do more on climate change, so thank you for all you have done, and we hope you consider supporting rapid decarbonization coupled with a just transition.
