Give the Gift of a CAN Action Carousel
Did you know that over 34,000,000 Americans are alarmed about climate change, but do absolutely nothing about it because nobody has made it easy for them to do so? (Source.)
Another 25,365,000 Americans take exponentially less action than they would if only they had the right tool. Why? Because the conventional advocacy tools that virtually all climate nonprofits use — and pay for, by the way — are woefully inadequate.
At long last, climate groups NOW have the means to mobilize ALL alarmed Americans. It’s called the CAN Action Carousel (pictured here).
- It’s available to any climate group.
- It’s free.
- It can be embedded on any website in a couple of minutes.
- It will help the group increase its action-taking exponentially.
If they don’t have a website, we can host their carousel on our website. Third Act Oregon’s CAN Action Carousel is deployed on our website. Check it out.
But here’s the thing: it costs us about $50 to answer each group’s questions, train them, and set up their carousel on their website or ours. Donate $50 today for each group you’d like to empower with a CAN Action Carousel, and we’ll reach out to them with news of your generosity. We can’t guarantee they’ll want their own Carousel, but if they don’t, we’ll use your donation to get another group powered up. New groups are reaching out to us every week!

Climate Action Now makes a difference. Since we launched the app on Earth Day 2021, users have taken over 4,321,000 actions, sent over 3,649,000 messages to political and business leaders urging climate action, and planted over 602,000 trees.
Our Climate Action Parties have attracted A-List speakers and drawn hundreds of people to online events where they have helped stop pipelines, reform our agricultural system, and get out the environmental vote. Check out our Schedule of Action Parties.
We guided our community to support the immensely important Inflation Reduction Act, and while many people worked for its passage, the app helped our users punch well above their weight with letters, phone calls, and petitions.
And we have had untold, immeasurable “ripple” impacts — such as inspiring people to install solar panels, buy EVs, change their diets, and influence others to do the same.
All this, of course, costs money. Your non-deductible donation will help us continue this important work.
